We isolated bacteria from oil contaminated soil collected from edible oil refinaries, we found bacteria producing PHB granules and we used these granules to prepare bio plastic films and the same films were successfully degraded. You may go through the publications I uploaded.
hi sir, i m currently working on bacterial and fungal isolation from water samples. The microbes that i'm working on are inhabitant (from the same source)...m not getting the microbial samples from outside...but m culturing it in my lab..m referring bergey's manual for the same.. but if the bacterial samples are very rare..and u cant confirm it by biochemical tests..then u can go for 16srna sequencing...if u want the protocols for the same...i can surely help u...all d best.....
Thank you So much, really appreciate your answer and helping to me about the method and Please if you can send send to me Some of your Microbes that can Cultring it in my lab and try it please and Publishing it together, or if you can helping me by any way else. many thanks and have a nice day
Thank you So much for your helping and Supporting me and really very helpful Paper and I still need Three Papers from your published and if you can send to me the Protocols , Appreciated and have a great day
I worked on pesticide degradation................by microorganisms......
You could choose the area where actually the pesticide was used more and collect the sample from that place. Dissolve the sample in sterilized double distilled water and keep it for settle the particles or filter it with normal filter paper. Transfer some volume of filtrate into sterile medium (MSM) having pesticide as sole source of carbon. Keep the flasks on shaker for microbial growth. Choose the turbid flask having organisms for Isolation ..........Further description, pl, refer some related article.....
