I have never heard about Regional Magnetic Model. Are you going to test it somehow? Or are you interested in physical reality? Anyway, there is no Earth's Magnetic North pole anywhere over Central Africa. All you can find is a direction pointing towards the Earth's Magnetic North pole.
Could you present us a pointer to Regional Magnetic Model?
I suppose that you want to know the magnetic inclination, i.e. the difference between geographic and magnetic poles since the center of Africa. That is to say, the isogenic lines map that changes from year to year because it depends of many different parameters related with Earth activity. The practical importance is that the normal compass doesn't works properly and you need to include the local deviation.
Usually it is employed the concept of the declination which is the angle between the direction of the magnetic force and the direction of the geographic North Pole. Fortunatally there are institutions as the NOAA which provide you with this information. Look at the link
