We are working on an anaplastic Wilms' tumor study and need to add more samples to increase statistical power. For our study, we genetically sequence our samples at the Beijing Genomics Institute (both DNA and RNA) and we would be willing to share this data in real time in exchange for providing us the samples. Dear Andy
Did you already try to coat the flask with collagen or fibronectin to mimic the extracellular matrix? This usually helps quite a lot with epithelial cells. Just pour a solution of said materials on the bottom and let it dry before you cover them with cells in their media.
