I am doing lentiviral construction and before adding my shRNA, I would like to test it with restriction enzymes but I didn't find the sequence in internet. I have a paper with some restriction sites indicated but I would like the sequence to be sure and to put it in my program for cloning simulation. Does anyone can help me?

You can find the vector plasmid pTRIPΔU3CMV-sE (WNV) in WO 2005/111221 A1 patent application that corresponding to the sequence SEQ ID NO. 15. So follow the below link if you want to see the vector sequence :
