I have got STRUCTURE results and get the K value from Structure harvester . I am confused about how to edit the example files from CLUMPP ? and how to use Structure harvester output for CLUMPP? then use Distract. I'd be glad if anyone could help me in this issue?

I think they are both explained in their respective manuals. The 'infile' is available with the downloads and you just enter your parameters required and rename the files with your data sample names. I can have a look at your data today, if you are around.
The package "POPHELPER" on github (Francis 2016) has some helpful functions to merge STRUCTURE results and has step by step YouTube tutorials, too.

There is another way to visualize your population structures without following the CLUMPP and DISTRUCT steps. You can use the CLUMPAK. It is a web based software and very easy to use. You can visit http://clumpak.tau.ac.il/index.html and load your STRUCTURE result file (zip format). And then you will get the results. This software use CLUMPP and DISTRUCT to visualize the population structures.
