Nope, am currently working on the 2nd edition of "Chemie des Weines" (Wine Chemistry) together with Prof. Dietrich from Geisenheim and thus, looking for any info on vitamins in wine. But neither of us does have (access to) recent data.... I thought there might be a BSc or MSc thesis out there or some data from a commercial lab, of which we are not aware.

OK. Do you think that there will be vitamin analysis in wine done in commercial labs? I will have an ear on that...then you should use the Email distribution list of the LChG (not only the professor list) to reach all the other members..maybe at least the list for the working groups...
