I'm having a difficulties Immunoprecipitating components of the beta-catenin destruction complex using Telencephalic mouse brain lysates and Hek293 cell lysate. I'm using The Thermo Scientific Pierce Co-Immunoprecipitation Kit, and I have successfully done other immunopercipitation. For brain lysates I loaded ~2mg of protein per column and for Hek293 cells I pooled cells form five 10cm dishes. If someone has performed this Immunopercipitation, using the endogenous protein levels, can you please advise me on the condition you have used, kit/ protocol or antibody you have used. Thank You.
