I’m especially interested in Human Coronary Artery Smooth Muscle cells (CASMC) but would also like to know if you have used some of the other celltypes?
We are routinely working with human primary material to obtain our cell cultures, but for a medium scale imaging assay I would love to have a more homogeneous cell population with a little bit of cell line character (in regard to proliferation and phenotype stability).
