Im trying to do in vivo electroporation (EGFP injection) in P0 brain mice which targeted into hippocampus. After 5 days, GFP positive cells are look localise in hippocampus. But, I wondering about the kind of cell. Because its looks like blood cells with big network inside the hippocampus.

How do you visualise these cells? Because red blood cells can also cause autofluorescent signal because of endogenous peroxidases. If you can confirm this is a positive signal coming from your injected GFP (I suppose you mean a plasmid with a GFP gene?), you can make sections and stain for each cell type like endothelial, neuronal or red blood cells to search for colocalisation (if you stain in red). I don't know what you mean by 'big network'? But if al lot of red blood cells light up because of autofluorescence it can look like a vascular structure on a low magnificated image. Normally, if you inject the plasmid in the ventricular space, you should electroporate neural cells, and not blood cells I think, as they are not stationary but flow through the vascular system after the procedure.
