Does anyone have experience with exosomal isolation from serum/tissue culture media using filtration only (no centrifugation) and/ SEC?

We are concerned with the harshness of ultracentrifugation, so we would like to extract exosomes using membrane filters or/and SEC. Has this been done? How does it affect yield and purity of exosomes?
