We need to quantify anatoxin-a in drinking water from a reservoir. Has anyone tried the Abraxis anatoxin-a RBA ELISA kit for quantification of anatoxin in water samples? If so, what has your experience with the kit been like? What standard deviations did you get for your measurements? The kits are expensive. Is it worth buying them?
