We are trying to standarize an assay to detect NO production in macrophages and we are planning to buy DETAnonoate; however, the papers that I have read to not specify much how to prepare/alicuote/ use this reagent. Does anyone have ever use it? Can anybody give me some advice about concentration/preparation and use of this reagent?
