I'm looking for a nuclear extraction kit, and upon searching, every vendor offers one with each kit seemingly the same. What kit do you use, and why do you like it over the multitude of others?
For background: I'm trying to determine the protein expression kinetics of a gene editing protein using different delivery methods.

Hello,
i worked with some nuclei extraction kits for plant nuclei so far and was severely disappointed. The Percoll gradient and the buffers did not work properly and i had contaminations of chloroplasts in it. After i used my own buffers and a bit of adjustment on the methods i got very pure nuclei fractions. In my opinion using a manual method with you own buffers suitable for you organism works better.
