The most preferred method for this study is Leech and Onwuegbuzie's (2005) Typology, Which use both qualitative & quantitative approaches with in the research process. You can identify the missing variables related to breast Cancer study by using thematic analysis followed by development of structured questionnaires on result of thematic analysis.
