Usually chambers for testing under presurised H2 are dome specifically for each customer as maximum pressures vary a lot. You can find a lot of publications where they use 30 MPa H2, but trend is goung into higher pressures, to arround 100 MPa.

Contact Cormet (you may google). They are specialists in custom made loop test facilities with high pressure/high temperature. Such facilities are available at BARC and Jadavpur Univeristy.
