It is common in scientific papers to use neural networks and NARX models as predictive models for model predictive control. But I couldn't find any primary reference for this kind of model predictive control (MPC), I mean a book or a tutorial. Also, I want to know if there is any Matlab toolbox or python library available for this kind of MPCs.

,I look for resources with practical and detailed information about structure of implemented model predictive control.
Most of model predictive control books don't cover anything about data driven models. Scientific papers mostly contain a brief details about ANN and implemented model predictive control.
