I do agree the opinion of Judit based on the size and the morphology. It seems chrysophyte, but if you can provide more information, such as pH and temp, etc, which can help us to further analyse.
Considering that the material was fixed with Lugol (I should have known considering the color of Tetrahedron in the first picture) it is posible that the cell are green, as an isolate cell of Botryococcus pertaining to the Chlorophyta. In this case there is not extracelular siliceous scales on the cells.
It would be nice to see a few more pictures of it and to see if it had a flagella at one time. I see a Cryptomonas on the left side. Some times these are infected by parasites and the look like your picture. You need to do a bit more searching.
