Dear Dr. Adel, 

Thank you very much for your help. The methods mentioned in the papers are not suitable for me because I want to prepare a liquid products from cyclic urea compound to viels meier chloride salt then alkylation to deffiferent derivatives " all liquids". I followed the procedures in " inorganic  chemistry, vol, 44, 6, 2005" but the product was low yield and very small to purify on alumina, so afer evaporation I got very small quantity(not pure liquid". I need your experience how to purify from the by- products and which temperature and pressure should I use in rotavapour to separate the byproducts?

Also if still you are facing  problems with your work, I think some laboratory skill is needed; and for that I advise you to contact Dr. Adel in privite and I am sure he will help you with many practical skill with regard to the Vilsmeier reagents.
