All right - so you want a protocol.

But what exactly are you trying to find out? Mass spectrometry is a vast universe and "analysing peptides" an open ended question. Sample preparation, fragmentation, detection and analysis methods vary hugely depending on what you are trying to observe.

i want to see the peptides of meat ,,, 

my work on meat , i want to see the peptides inside the meat before adding enzymes

and after if , so i can to especially the Peptides affecting blood pressure ,,,

but first i have to study the amino acids by LCMS-8040 also mybe needed a protocol for it ,,,

first of all my work about beef meat, the enzyme that i will used in my work is papain, thermolysin, proteinase A and K.

i will measure the effect of the peptides on blood pressure by the peptides for example 

VKKVLGNP is Antihypertensive Peptides, if in the result appears that mean my work is in the right way :) ... 

DPPH, DSGVT, EELDNALN is an Antioxidant Peptides that i alos work with :)
