I want to remove the Si to have hollow microspheres. Most of the report in the literature only stated the calcined resins were etched with hydrogen fluoride (HF, 25 wt %) without describing the detail procedure.

Hydrofluoric acid is a very dangerous chemical and needs special safety precautions; it is not just like any other ordinary acid. Your local supplier should provide you with safety data sheets, and you shall discuss the implementation with your safety coordinator. Since you call the hydrofluoric acid a "hydrogen fluoride", I suppose you have little to no experience working with such chemicals and I cannot advise you to attempt that on your own.
