Lucian Miles I went to the web site and did not see any examples of IHC with the MCE anti-GRa antibody or references to papers that used the antibody. Do you have examples of the antibody IHC labeling in cell lines or cultured cells?

Thank you for your inquiry. Here is an example of immunostaining analysis of glucocorticoid receptor alpha (GRα) in HeLa cells using MCE anti-GRα antibody.

And please find the experimental procedure below for your reference. Should you require any additional support, please feel free to contact us.

Fixation: Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde (PFA) for 30 min at room temperature (RT).

Permeabilization: Permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 15 min.

Blocking: Blocked with 2% bovine serum albumin (BSA) for 30 min at RT.

Primary Antibody Incubation: Incubated with mouse anti-Glucocorticoid Receptor alpha antibody (HY-P80143, 1:50 dilution in 2% BSA) overnight at 4°C.

Secondary Antibody Incubation: Treated with goat anti-mouse IgG H&L (1:1000 dilution). (Control: PBS instead of primary antibody for secondary-only control.)

Nuclear Staining: Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue fluorescence).
