Hi Bilal. Are you asking for measures of both job satisfaction and job performance, with the intent to examine the relationship between the two? That relationship has been studied extensively. As for job performance, it would be important to determine what you are wanting to measure in regard to job performance. However, if you are generally referring to task performance or in role performance, I typically use the measure from Williams and Anderson (1991). It's a seven item scale but I actually have dropped the two reverse scored items and gone with only five.
