This is a project regarding anthocyanin localisation in plant cell vacuoles, and for that reason we need a protocol about protoplast isolation and extraction so we can then take a look at it in the microscope. Thanks in advance to anyone that wants to help!

In its abstract, it mentioned that in grapevine, protoplasts have been isolated from several source tissues... If you can get this paper, probably you can find out related references from its citation list.
