I need to develop a Biosafety protocol describing the safety aspects for lab operation of a microbial fuel cell. Because the inoculum is from waste water sludge, biosafety procedures need to explained, and I need to submit a detailed SOP to our Institutional Biosafety committee for approval. General PPE stuff like gloves, isolation, labeling and cleaning will be included, but I wondered if anyone has done this and would be willing to share their SOP as a template. Many thanks!
