In ANOVA AND ANCOVA there is one continuous dep. variable. In ANOVA all the predictors are dummies while in ANCOVA some predictors are dummies and some(the covariates) are cont. MANOVA and MANCOVA are the same except they have more than 1 cont. dep. variable. Best Wishes.
