Does anyone have a good protocol for dissecting the second order branch of the pulmonary artery from mouse. I am interested in performing some pressure myography studies.

I would recommended this paper" Tension Measurement in Isolated Rat and Mouse Pulmonary Artery" doi: 10.1016/j.ddmod.2011.04.001. I found it useful while learning wire myography . Hope it's work for you.
