I need to perform MTT assay for suspension cells (non-adherent cells). I believe the conventional MTT assay protocol wont work for suspension cells. Does anyone have a good MTT assay protocol for non-adherent cells?
Dear Yogi,
You may use the protocol contained in the following link:
MTT Cell Proliferation Assay ATCC® 30-1010K

Hoping this will be helpful,
Rafik
Hello
Follow the protocol in this attachment
You can centrifuge the cells after completing the incubation period with MTT. Remove the supernatant and read the pellet after dissolving.
I am training the same datasets on different networks. I want to know if there are any possibilities to combine the outputs of these two networks.
