Best antibodies...For the panel you need there are hundreds of choices from BD, eBioscience, BioLegend, Immunotools, Miltenyi...and all these guys are pretty similar in terms of specificity, staining index and the range of available FL-conjugates.

On LSR II or Canto II i used the following panel for a similar task: CD8-Pacific Blue, CD4-AmCyan, CD-3- FITC, CD34-PE, 7-AAD (on PerCP- Cy5.5 channel, for dead cell exclusion), CD45-APC-H7. All mAbs from BD
