Dear Erna,

I'm not aware of the performance of the kits you have mentioned for PCR gel extraction and plasmid isolation. However I do know that the ISOLATE II PCR and Gel Kit and the ISOLATE II Plasmid Mini Kit are certainly fit for purpose. I have attached a list of publications for both. I hope this helps
