I am looking for someone who has an experience with Retinoblastoma Cell Line Y79 culturing. Is this cell line demanding with respect to special media, growth factors etc. ? How this cell line tolerate hypo- or hyper glycemic conditions?

I know that the donor had a strong maternal family history of retinoblastoma. Does anyone did genetic screening for common cancer mutations especially in the RB1 gene? Or someone did other one somatic mutation screening?
