I'm having trouble in developping an ELISA assay to measure a specific protein in serum samples.

Sometimes (but not always), I can see that the sample is detaching from the bottom of the plate : it is peeling off very nicely and you can see a sheet floating in the wash

I have no idea why this is happening

I'm using thermo-nunc maxisorp plates
