Please attach the entire inflorescence, a separate flower, the leaf. By the looks, if at all the picture depicts the inflorescence, it shows flowers in a cymose pattern. The flowers appear to be convolvulous must belong to a family of gamopetalae, according to Bentham and Hooker's system of classification. On the other hand, if at all the leaf in the background belongs to the same plant it has a chance to be a monocotyledonous plant.
Where does the stalk emerge from? If its the gynoceum, you have a principle loss of D-function, which is AGAMOUS. Maybe a gain of function in the fourth whorl. Or does the stalk emerge from a stamen, or petal? - althougn it seems you ahve petals at the basal flower?!?
