I'd like to explore the attitude of one group of students towards computer-assisted language learning (CALL). The questionnaire includes 20 statements (I use a 5-point Likert Scale: strongly agree- agree- no idea- disagree- strongly disagree). Indeed, I want to see if these students have positive attitude towards CALL.

One of the first things to do is to check the internal consistency of the 20-items with Cronbach's alpha. This will tell you whether or not you need to omit any items in your overall factor determination.
Secondly, an exploratory factor analysis will tell you how many potential factors (or variables) that you may be finding with your items. Typically, potential factors have an eigenvalue greater than 1. An EFA will also tell you the percentage of variance you are capturing with these items.
There are other tests, but if this is a new instrument you have developed, this may be enough for an exploratory paper, depending on your discipline. Summative scores should be calculated on the factors that you find in your analyses.

Thank you very much for the complete answer. This is not a new instrument and previous researchers run the pilot study on it and its reliability was checked and approved.
To be honest, I haven't used factor analysis so far. I read about it, but I couldn't understand whether factor analysis can be used for analyzing the responses of a questionnaire which was already developed.

First you select a sample (10) for example to do the pilot study to make sure that the questinnaire questions are reliable. The reliability could be tested through the IBM SPSS program. SPSS program could be easily fed by the data taken from an electronic survey. The procedures are multiple and needs some help from an expert but if you have the time and effort you can do it yourself. As soon as you made sure that the questionnaire has high reliability. You can publicise the survey again but this time will be analysed by the same program SPSS bur another scale like frequency for example. I recommend watching videos on youtube to get enough info and be capable of doing that yourself.

Thank you for the explanation. As you said, I think that I will use frequencies as well as the mean score and standard deviation for each item in the questionnaire.
