I think The stability of Doxorubicin in DMEM at 37 degrees Celsius is limited. Generally, it's recommended to use Doxorubicin freshly prepared or stored for only a very short time, typically up to 24 hours, due to its sensitivity to degradation and light.
DOX should remain stable at 37 degree C for not more than 12 hours, after which it begins to degrade. Please refer to the article attached below.
See Table 2, which provides stability data of Doxorubicin (5 mg/mL) reconstituted with sodium chloride (0.9%) at different time points. This data should be almost equivalent to the stability of Doxorubicin in DMEM at 37-degree C.
