I am familiar with LabSpec 6 but some weeks ago I started learning how to run scripts, which I think could save me a lot of time. I know how to set up the parameters for simple Raman measurements but I couldn't find how to measure a map with for example 2000 spectra. Another thing that I would like to know is if it's possible to make a baseline correction of all the spectra and save as text file the ratio between two bands. Finally, is it possible to fix a point in different samples (e.g: sample 1 x=0 y=0/ sample 2 x=100 y=0) so i can measure all the samples in a row?
Have you called the technical support of Horiba ? These are typical questions that they should be able to answer. I had other kinds of questions in the past, and I was said immediately what is possible and what is not. You would save time by calling the developers directly.

Horiba software has a good documentation. Try to read some manuals for LabSpec. With LabSpec 5 i have had LabSpec_5_Activex-VBS_documentation.pdf and LabSpec_5_Activex-VBS_tutorial.pdf usually they located at C:\ProgramFiles\NGSLabSpec\
I don't know whether it is possible to launch the map. Probably but I have never done it. Also, I have never to export in a text file the ratio between two bands. Normally I do spectra manipulations with a third software, Igor Pro in my case, but Matlab would work as fine.
As for measuring more samples/points in a row, I have quickly done a script for myself some time ago. I attached here. It is not great programming but does what I need.
It is lengthy to insert manually all x,y,z positions you want to measure. Indeed, I though of adding an autofocus function but then I didn't use the script again.
It should be clear as I added some comments to the script. In case you have doubts you can ask me.
