Everybody knows that antibodies are so costly, ranging from 150-300 USD/antibody.These are available in 100-500 ul quantity. I want to test a cell signaling pathway, for which i need 5-10 antibodies, in 10-20 ul qunatity. I am not sure whether my idea about that specific pathway will work or not. That's why i am not dare to order all antibodies for this new experiment. A thinking comes to mind that may be there are some companies which provide antibodies for single experiment in minute quantity like10-20 ul. But i am not sure. Can anybody help me? Your comments will highly appreciated.

Lots of companies offer either free testers or trial size antibodies in the sizes that would be useful to you. Be careful not to abuse (there might be some restrictions); but here are links to company pages that offer these.

I guess companies like cell signalling can customize a set of antibodies for you. Like if you want to test the akt signaling pathway, they will customize and provide you a box of all the Abs which can be used to detect proteins in Akt pathway. And generally the quantity is enough for just a few blots..
There are other companies also which customize such stuff.. If I get any further info I'll post it.

Have you tried One World Lab? They partner with quite a number of companies and sell 10 ul-sized antibodies from them. They act like a middleman so to speak. It works out pretty well for us.

Cell Signaling has Anitbody Sampler Kits for a lot of pathways with 40µl each for reasonable prices. Maybe your Pathway is included. Generally speaking CS aBs are the best in my experience.
