Is Pleurotus Florida the same as Pleurotus ostreatus var .Florida?

Pleurotus florida is a variety of Pleurotus ostreatus or a different species?

I have studied Pleurotus species in my country. So I have some experience on the genus. Apparently, Pleurotus florida is not a valid species, Checking index fungorum I found that florida was a form (like a subspecies)  of :P. ostreatus. At present it is Pleurotus ostretus.
