I have harvested water from air and measured by YSI device some water quality parameters (pH, TDS, DO and Salinity etc.) under the home condition. At the 20.1°C temperature, pH=7.26, TDS= 88.40 ppm, Salinity=0.06 ppb, DO=4.1 ppm like that.
Air humidity is very important for semi-dry and dry ecosystem in terms of living organism especially for plants. So, by determining quality of water in the air may be we will open new gates in different ecosystem in terms of plant health.

i have an experience about growing plants such as garlic and onion in saturated air without any irrigation, in the other hand, harvesting of water from air, was done by means of plants.

Thank you for comments. You have such a great experience but do you know that quality of water (gases form in the air) harvested by plants you growth? It is important for your plant' health and yield.
There is a paper written by R.S. Schemenauer & P. Cereceda about the quality of fog water collected for domestic and agricutural use, in Journal of Applied Meteorology 31: 275-290. (1992) Schemenaur and Cereceda are specialists in water fog captation. Beysens is another specialist in dew captation.

First of all thank you for such a nice contribution. As all we know that there are lots of study done related to harvesting condensed water in the air.
I have used a simple machine like air conditionar. This machine makes cooler the air and decrease air humudity without adding any substant. So it gathers air humudity by cooling process and stored into small reservoir (500 ml capacity) as water. As I mentined in guestion, this simple trial was done under the room condition with real time no sooner than strored water in one day.
You are right at we should take into acount that in measuring water quality, there are many parameters some of them dependent and the others independent variables. For instance: Dissolved Oxygen (DO) is depending on temperature etc.
In my trial, it does not matter that temperature 20.1 °C or 30 °C and the other values. The most important I am deal with whether any study has been done or not so far and sharing experiences...Thank you so much again.

About 1985 I helped some colleagues designing a machine to catch dew. The dew they collected in the city of Arnhem (Netherlands) was yellow, as seen in a test-tube. Many unsympathetic chemicals were detected. It was concluded of course that in the stagnant air that goes with dew all kind of exhaust dissolves in the droplets. The investigation was aborted as far as I know.
A new proposal was written to investigate whether a clear boundary could be detected in the rate of erosion of anything (paint fro example) that might correspond to some kind of average of the thickness of the of the lower stable layer of air. I do not know whether this has been pursued.
A similar problem followed from incidental observation of erosion on the poles of high-voltage lines. From visual inspection such a boundary seemed to exist at about 30 m. high, which might well be the thickness of a layer of more- or less turbulent air near the ground. I do not know whether this has been pursued.

The quality of rain water primarily depends on the origin. In a city with coal power will the rain likely be polluted by SO2 and dust making it less useful. Close to seas there will be an influence of seasalt.
In the first case check pH and particulates, in the second just taste it.
Else you can expect a useable water even though it has little taste (low salt content).

You are right at that effects of environmental pollution mostly resulted in industrial activities on rain water quality. And absolutely it depends on region to region. It is estimated easily by us. But the point in question mostly related to natural ecosystem and condensed water as humid in the air and be harvested artifically.
And time is question in question: What is the differences between saturated humid as rain and unsaturated humid in terms of quality of water? Is there any differences? Of course It depends on also region to region (Natural and urban ecosystem). what do you think about that?
Certainly the quality of rain water heavily dents upon the industrialization around that area. I, for sure, know one case where the farmers near a fertilizer factory felt strongly that their fields were affected due to the pollution in air and secondarily due to the pollutants in the the rain water.
We have monitored precipitation (rain and snow) at various elevations in Manitoba. WE are principally interested in nutrient ( N and P) content as it impacts both terrestrial and surface water eutrophication. Composition changes dramatically with weather events on the continent. For example if soil lies fallow in Saskatchewan and there are high winds and rains the nutrient levels in snow rise dramatically - much of it is soil borne particulates. Others have documented pesticide contributions from major storms starting in Texas and rapidly moving north. Pesticides have been detected that are not used on the prairies or adjacent US states.
