As an example in my methodology book (Essentials of Research Methods in Human Sciences, SAGE, 2017 (Forthcoming)), I'm using a general measurement instrument for Job Contentment which may be one alternative. I have not created it but the Finnish version of it was used in one project I was involved about 20 years ago. See attached.
I had such a scale which was used 20 years ago in a repeated survey of workers in Russia. My advice is do not use the READY instruments, but design you own depending on a special context. In any case you will have items on
I am hereby attaching Paul E. Spector's Job Satisfaction Survey and it is proprietory in nature. So you better take permission from him. He is on research gate, so it won't be difficult to take permission from him
Here's a link to my JSS as well as a number of other scales and sources for scales. I allow free use for educational and research purposes in return for sharing of data.
The Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire (MOAQ) is a brief (3-item), public domain scale designed to assess global job satisfaction. I published a meta-analysis a few years ago that documents validity evidence of the MOAQ. Here is the reference to that paper:

I have attached an instrument developed by myself mainly based on Maslow's Need Hierarchy Theory which was used for my PhD. I think it may be useful for you. The validity (both rational and empirical aspects) and reliability (both external and internal aspects) of the instrument were at good level. This instrument was published in one of my books titled Organizational Behaviour: The Human Side of Work (2015), Department of HRM, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Colombo.
