I have a cif file of 1T-MoSe2. You can replace Mo atoms by Ti ones and then optimize the structure.
You already look for it in
"Crystallography Open Database"
I shall be grateful if anyone can give me the cif file for the following TiSe2 structure. A similar structure for other materials can also be helpful. Waiting for a positive response. Thank you in advance.

This is common (usual) TiSe2 structure. You can find it, for example, on materials project (https://materialsproject.org/materials/mp-2194/). It's just that your figure shows a cell with a hexagonal section. To get the same view, you need to make a 2x2x2 cell, then you will see the similarity.
