I search for equation for describing the fugacity coefficient of surface phase or interface because I believe that different equation is needed for surface phase or interface. I search for the one to describe the surface tension or interfacial tension. This equation should be suitable for water gas and liquid-liquid systems. Does such an equation exist?
All adsorption models (Langmuir, Volmer, van der Waals etc.) predict a specific surface fugacity vs. surface pressure, if that's what you're asking for. My personal preference for water|gas is Ivanov's equation; for water|oil, Helfand-Frisch-Lebowitz is good - these work well with simple surfactants. What's your system?

Nope, they are not. And you ask for pressure, not for surface pressure. I am not aware of models for that. They usually just use linear dependence of sigma vs. p or sigma vs. rho[oil].
