Does any body know any spectroscopic method or release method for Peptide drugs like (TNF-alpha) encapsulated nano particle?

I am looking for protocol or suggestions from some experts regarding the release of peptide drugs e.g TNF-ALPHA encapsulated nano-particles at various time points.

Looking forward to your advice.

Do the peptide release in dissolution medium then centrifuge the nanoparticle at different time intervals and check the supernatant release of peptide by Bradford assay. But your peptide should have low mass for centrifugation.
