Will an intake of neem on regular basis inactivate the property of a medicine.Does Amla interact with the drug and exhibit any effect on the property of that medicine

It is difficult to say, because extracts of neem and amla are naturally a combination of different organic and inorganic chemicals. You probably know it well that any chemical agent can show synergistic effect or antagonistic effect or even no effect at all ! On the other hand, tablets are also made up of different types of excipients ! So, I think, you will get proper answer, if you do mention the names of those ingredients specifically !
It is unlikely that Neem and Amla will affect the properties of other medicines. As the Neem and Amla doesn't have significant CYP450 interactions- neither inhibition nor induction of CYP enzymes. Hence it is unlikely that these alter Pharmacokinetic properties of other medications.
It is difficult to say from Pharmacodynamic perspective, but not much interactions are expected.
Mam i have heard somewhere that if long term intake of neem leaves will make a person less responsive to other medicines is it true mam
