Does agitation speed of orbital shaker affect the binding of primary antibodies when we incubate the membranes overnight in cold room?
If agitation stops during night, will it affect the results?

Agitation helps the antibodies to "find" their bindings. The probability of binding is bigger with agitation, however, with overnight procedures it should not affect that much.
