I isolated presumptive Actinobacteria from 3 media (Kuster agar, SCA, AIA) then put them in BHI broth at -80 . I am going to purify them on TSA.Do you think that could be a suitable media for all of isolates or should I change that. If not, which media do you suggest?
TSA is a suitable general purpose medium for most non-fastidious bacteria.

Acinetobacters may be identified presumptively to the genus level as gram-negative, catalase-positive, oxidase-negative, nonmotile, nonfermenting coccobacilli. They are short, plump, gram-negative rods that are difficult to destain and may therefore be misidentified as either gram-negative or gram-positive cocci (hence the former designation Mimae). Acinetobacter species of human origin grow well on solid media that are routinely used in clinical microbiology laboratories, such as sheep blood agar or tryptic soy agar, at a 37°C incubation temperature.

You could use Bennet's medium or Yast extract Malt extract Agar for the purification of your isolates. The growth of actinobacteria isolates in these media were better
