I mean, the student should be also the active role in their education progress. What do you think? In general, I think that making part of a course depends on switching between the teacher and the student is a good option to be used. Though my experience, this method is very effective and will increase the search techniques for the students and their ability to explain different ideas.
In my experience, this switch works if a student is a self-motivated grownup. In case if I work with freshmen of 17-19 years old that does not work at all. Probably I can not find the right words to explain what they should do. Anyway, the class seems lost if they don't have any structure given by an instructor.
Student centered learning gives students an autonomy and independence about their learning. As Kseniya Barsegyan mentioned, you need a bunch of self-regulated learners to make it work to its best. Student-centered learning concept is based on the constructivist learning theory that emphasize learner's role of constructing knowledge from new information and from prior experience. If your students have sufficient conceptual knowledge to critically analyze and solve problems, student-centered approach is a very effective option.

Blended-Approach requiring a mixture of traditional and modern media techniques.My experiences and lecturing in the relevant international conferences approve it.
I do think that the traditional methodology has its value, however, the effectiveness of education is taking another direction where students have to be the center of their own learning process. We know that we as teachers have an important role to guide and develop strategies to help students to be autonomous. So, I do think that when education is more students centered critical thinking and effective learning will take place. So Victor, putting in your words, I don´t think the teacher has "all educational weight", and we need to figure out how to apply this in teaching practices.

In my opinion, Yes!. Teacher should switch roles with the students just because of their interests in learning foreign language.
Learning a foreign language is often a troublesome situation for students. If teacher does practice of productive activities in classroom then chances of learning a foreign language might increase.

Language learners, especially in second language contexts rarely get opportunities to practice the language. Switching roles in the classroom will enable the language learners to take the risk to use the language in the safety of the classroom. Including roleplay and gamification, language learners will improve their skills and confidence with the language.
When the language learner switches places with the teacher, then he will be inclined to do research and prepare well for the class. He will be able to discover areas of difficulty and he will be able to ask the right questions of the teacher in the classroom. Such a classroom is called a flipped classroom, where the student becomes the teacher.

Yes, I do. I think that the students need some explanations and tasks that can do by their teachers in order to better understand some concepts. So, the teachers can play other roles in order to achieve the teaching goals for teaching foreign language through TIC. They can use the mode of "learning by doing".
