They want money for people for living so they are called beggar.

The question seems biased. If some cisgender heterosexuals are found begging, does this present a natural trait of all cisgender heterosexuals?

No, begging is usually a sign of people being poor, unable to get paid work and desparate to survive. Especually in counties like Bangladesh, transgenders or hijra are discriminated and excluded from jobs and society. In some cases they may have to resort to begging and even prostitution to survive. This is not a trait of transgenders. This is a trait of how society treats them.
