In the preparation of adhesion promoters (primers), it is necessary to mix 2 or 3 components together in a defined ratio. The individual components are in different containers with a volume e.g., from 150 ml to approx. 10 L. These are primarily solvent-based primers, while their exact composition varies according to the intended use.

I am trying to find a device in which a person would place individual components in bottles and the device would automatically mix the components in a defined ratio. After mixing the individual components, it would then be possible for the worker to take the bottle and pour the finished mixed product into it.

At the same time, the device needs to be able to clean itself automatically - in the case of these primers, rinsing with a solvent and then blowing with air is necessary. (If the final product dries up in the system, it is difficult to remove.)

I've already found some devices, but I'm not sure if they would really be suitable (I'll check that).

But within this community, I would like to ask if you have already encountered something like this, or if you ideally have good experiences of your own with a device that you could recommend. Is such a device real?

Thanks so much for any tips or help.

Have a nice day.
