Together with my friends I wrote an article entitled " Social responsibility as a tool for the development of human resources quasi-innovation in the tourism industry". I would like to ask if you know a free magazine that would publish our article in this year. I would be grateful for an answer or guidance.
Better to publish the articles in a Scopus indexed journal or Web of Science.
Aleksander, there are lots of journal outlets on HRM and CSR that you can easily find for potential publication in the Chartered Association of Business Schools. You will need to register and once done then you can search whichever discipline or area you wish to publish in. Good luck with your paper.

You can check www.scopus.com for your desired article area and select the appropriate journal.
There are lots of journal outlets in the same topic that you can find for publication of your paper. You may publish in Scopus or ABDC or in Web of Science.
Check the Scientific Journal Rankings (SJR list). You will have different indicators as well to evaluate each journal.
