I'm trying to reproduce some sky detection results for a computer vision component of a robotic project. I've found some publications on the topic, but am having trouble finding any reproducible code. Any citable links or repositories would appreciated.
Conference Paper Sky Detection in CSC-segmented Color Images.
I'm not too picky about the language used to implement it.
Matlab is ok, Python or C/C++ would be favorable though.
I'd like for people not to need a software licence to reuse my code.
